In mainland Spain, an order prepared before cut-off is delivered in 24 or 48 hours depending on carrier and service. The Canaries take 2 to 5 days with paperwork; Portugal and Europe, 24 hours by express or 2 to 4 working days by economy service; the rest of the world, 2 or 3 days.

Your provider’s cut-off, the service booked (standard or express), distance from the warehouse, the day of the week (Friday afternoon arrives Monday or Tuesday) and the delivery area (rural, islands).
Count working days between dispatch and the carrier’s delivery confirmation, by carrier and by province or country. With a few hundred shipments you will see who delivers where, and can promise on your website what actually happens.
Usually not: 24- and 48-hour delivery times are counted in working days from when the order leaves the warehouse. An order shipped on Friday afternoon is usually delivered on Monday or Tuesday, so it is worth stating this on your website next to the cut-off time so the buyer knows what to expect.
One day more than mainland Spain: if it reaches your province in 24–48 hours, allow 48–72 hours in working days for the Balearics, depending on carrier and island. Unlike the Canaries, the Balearics are inside the VAT territory, so the buyer pays no IGIC and the parcel does not go through customs.
The one you meet on the vast majority of orders, not the best case: measure the real lead time by carrier and zone with your own shipments and promise that, separating mainland Spain, the Balearics, the Canaries and Europe. Promising 24 hours and delivering in 72 causes more complaints and cancellations than promising 48 and keeping to it.
