Vialog Fulfillment, e-commerce logistics

Warehousing and logistics for online stores

We receive your goods, count them against your delivery note, put them away slot by slot and keep them ready to ship the same day. Your stock, with photos and every movement, is in your portal whenever you want.

How your goods come in

You announce the inbound from the portal (or send us the delivery note as a spreadsheet) and when the truck arrives we count it against what was announced. Anything that does not match, you hear about the same day, with a photo, and you decide.

Each SKU goes to a coded slot, picking or reserve depending on how it sells. If a SKU has no barcode, we label it.

Stock you can trust

Every movement is written to a ledger nobody can edit: who, when, from which slot to which. We run cycle counts without stopping work, and if there is a discrepancy you see it with its cause.

Lots and expiry dates if your product has them, quarantine for returns until you review them, and a warning when a SKU is about to run out before the next inbound.

What is included

Warehousing and logistics for online stores: frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum volume to store with you?

We do not set a minimum number of pallets. We work with brands starting with a few dozen SKUs and with others moving thousands of units a month; pricing adapts to what you occupy and what you move.

How do I know how much stock I have?

In your portal, with every SKU, its slot and photo, and the history of inbounds, shipments and adjustments. You can also get a daily summary by email.

What if an inbound arrives with fewer units than announced?

You see it the same day in your portal as a discrepancy, with what was announced, what was counted and photos. You decide whether to claim from your supplier or accept it.
