When a parcel comes back we open it at the desk, match it to the original shipment, photograph its condition and show it to you in the portal. As soon as you decide, it goes back to stock, stays in quarantine or is withdrawn.
We match the return to the order by sender and timeframe, even if the buyer never notified you. We record what came back, in what condition and why, with photos of every item.
You see each return in your portal with all of that and decide with one tap. What you approve enters sellable stock immediately; the rest waits in quarantine until you say.
We can issue the return label with your shipment or when the buyer asks for it, and prepare the exchange as a new order as soon as the return comes in.
What is included
It is inspected, photographed and in your portal the same working day it reaches the warehouse.
Yes: for example, "unused items go back to stock" or "everything to quarantine until I review it". We agree it at onboarding and change it whenever you want.
It stays in quarantine, out of sellable stock, with photos of every item and a note of what is missing or damaged. You decide in your portal whether it is removed, written off or put back into stock, and the photos back up a claim against the buyer or the carrier if the damage came from transit.
