Kitting, bundles and personalisation

A bundle is a SKU built from others: it can be assembled in advance and stored built, or assembled when the order is picked. And every shipment can carry whatever your brand wants the buyer to find when opening the box.

Bundles that sell as one SKU

You define the bundle (what it contains and how many) and the system deducts components when it sells or when it is built. Your store sells a "pack of 3" without stock drifting.

Unboxing your way

Card with the buyer’s message, tissue paper, sticker, sample above an order value, gift box: rules per store and order type. Anything that needs cutting or folding is done at the desk.

What is included

Kitting, bundles and personalisation: frequently asked questions

How is personalisation charged?

By time or per operation, depending on the task: a card has a fixed price per order; building a six-item bundle is measured and invoiced per unit built.

Is it better to assemble kits in advance or when picking the order?

It depends on how the kit sells. If it sells often and always the same way, it is worth assembling in advance and storing it as one more SKU; if it sells slowly or changes, it is assembled on the fly. Either way the system deducts the components and your stock stays accurate.

Can you include a gift note with the buyer’s message?

Yes. We print the card with the message the buyer leaves on the order and, if your store offers it, add tissue paper or a gift box. These are rules per store and per order type, and the card has a fixed price per order.
