We do not publish a single rate card because price depends on your product (size, lines per order, packaging) and your volume. What is the same for everyone is how we charge: these items, each with its price in writing, and nothing else.
Order prepared
Includes the first line, verification, video and standard packaging.
Additional line
Each further distinct SKU in the same order.
Storage
Per shelf, bin or pallet occupied, per month. You pay for the slot you use, not a whole warehouse.
Receiving
Per unit or parcel counted against your delivery note, with photos of anything that does not match.
Return
Per unit inspected with photos and restocked or set aside as you decide.
Special operations
Kitting, labelling, personalisation, B2B orders: by measured time or per unit.
Shipping
On our GLS, CTT, UPS and DHL contracts you pay high-volume rates, better than a single store can get. You can also use yours. You see it in your portal by service and weight band.
With your order volume and product type we send you the full rate card within one working day. No commitment, no lock-in.
The first line of the order, barcode verification, the packing video and standard packaging. Each further distinct SKU is charged as an additional line, while shipping, storage and special operations such as kitting or labelling are separate, each with its price in writing.
In a slow month you pay for what you occupy and what you move: storage for your slots and the orders prepared. There is no lock-in, and if your volume ever called for a monthly minimum, we put it in writing in your rate card from day one so it never turns up later.
Month by month, with each item itemised: orders prepared, additional lines, slots or pallets occupied, receiving, returns, special operations and shipping. The prices are those in the written rate card we send you, with no unexplained extras, and you see shipping costs in your portal by service and weight band.
