Do I need logistics experience?

It helps, but what counts most is knowing how to serve online stores and having a warehouse. The method and the software do the rest, and the launch is supported.

What warehouse size is needed?

You start with 300 to 600 m² well organised; the system is built around slots, not square metres. You grow when clients ask for it.

Can I have my own clients and network clients?

Yes. Yours are yours; network clients needing stock in your city are served from your centre at the same rate and through the same portal.
