With a PrestaShop webservice key we read orders in the states you choose (paid, in preparation), return stock to the store and set tracking and the "shipped" state on dispatch.
Every PrestaShop store has its own order states. You choose which mean "prepare it", which is "cancelled" and which we set on dispatch. Combinations, packs and duplicate references are resolved at onboarding.
From 1.6 onwards, including 8. If your store has modules that change the order flow, we review them with you before connecting.
Whichever you choose, because every PrestaShop store has its own. You tell us which statuses mean “prepare it” (for example, payment accepted or processing in progress), which one means “cancelled” and which we set on shipping, along with the tracking. It all runs through the webservice key, with no module to install.
Each combination (size, colour or another attribute) is treated as its own SKU, with its own barcode and slot, and stock is sent back to the exact combination in your store. Packs and references sharing a code are sorted out once at onboarding, before the first order arrives.
