With Pitusas, a footwear brand, we learned what matters in fashion: SKUs by model, colour and size, labels that do not always carry a barcode, returns that are part of the business, and an unboxing that must live up to the brand.
Every return is inspected the same day with photos: if it is flawless it goes back to sellable stock and the exchange ships at once. You see returns per 100 shipments and by reason, to act on the sizes that fail.
If your labels have no barcode, we read name, size and colour with the camera and label them ourselves.
Light reconditioning yes (refolding, rebagging, relabelling). We agree it as an operation with its time measured.
The exchange is prepared as a new order as soon as the return comes in. The returned garment or footwear is checked that same day with photos and, if it is in perfect condition, goes back into sellable stock; your portal also shows returns by reason so you can spot the sizes that do not fit.
Against the delivery note you announce in the portal or in a spreadsheet: we count every model, colour and size, and anything that does not match is shown to you that same day with photos. Each variant then goes to its own coded slot, ready to sell, even if the collection arrives in several deliveries.
