A logistics provider charges for what you occupy and what you move: a price per order prepared, another per additional line, storage per slot or pallet per month, receiving per unit or parcel, returns per unit inspected, packaging and, separately, shipping. With no large fixed fees, cost grows with your sales.

Order prepared: usually includes the first line and basic packaging. Extra line: each additional distinct SKU. Storage: per shelf, bin or pallet occupied, per month. Receiving: per unit or parcel counted. Returns: per unit inspected and restocked. Special operations: kitting, labelling, personalisation, by time or per unit. Shipping: the carrier price, on the provider’s contract or yours; the provider’s is usually cheaper because it is negotiated on the volume of all its clients.
Add up what you pay today for premises, staff (or your own hours at market rate), packaging and shipping, and divide by the month’s orders. That is your cost per order. A provider usually comes in below that from a few dozen orders a month, and turns a fixed cost into a variable one.
Every item with its price, what the base order includes, the price of packaging, how a special operation is charged, invoicing terms and no lock-in. Our pricing page explains how we do it.
It depends on the provider. The usual is a small monthly minimum or none at all, the rest variable. Always ask what happens in a slow month.
As a market reference in Spain, a base order of one or two lines usually costs between €2.50 and €4, excluding storage and shipping. The real price depends on your product, your volume and the packaging; we do not publish a rate card and send you ours in writing within one working day.
No, shipping is invoiced separately: the provider charges for preparation, storage and the other items, and each shipment is paid at the price of the carrier and service chosen. It can go on the provider’s contracts, usually cheaper because they are negotiated on the volume of all its clients, or on yours, so compare both options with your usual destinations and weights.
